"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
Can I just ask, WHO is not waiting for Isla and the Happily Ever After?!? If you still haven't heard about these books, you better check them out and read them. I loved both Anna and the French Kiss and Lola and the Boy Next Door (I still have to write reviews for them) so of course I'm dying to read this one!
Isla and the Happily Ever After (Anna and the French Kiss, #3)
by Stephanie Perkins
Expected publication: August 14th 2014 by Dutton
From Goodreads:
From the glittering streets of Manhattan to the moonlit rooftops of Paris, falling in love is easy for hopeless dreamer Isla and introspective artist Josh. But as they begin their senior year in France, Isla and Josh are quickly forced to confront the heartbreaking reality that happily-ever-afters aren’t always forever.
Their romantic journey is skillfully intertwined with those of beloved couples Anna and Étienne and Lola and Cricket, whose paths are destined to collide in a sweeping finale certain to please fans old and new.

YES! I am SO ready for this book to come out already. I've been waiting forever!!! lol! I know it's going to be awesome. :) Great pick, and nice blog too!
ReplyDeleteMmm, I have not read anything by Stephanie Perkins (yet)! I hear so many wonderful, amazing things about this book, but I'm not a big contemporary person. Except when it comes to Huntley Fitzpatrick, or Katie McGarry. Those ladies have AMAZING books. Well, I hope you read and enjoy this book, when you read it! :)
ReplyDeleteCheck out my WoW post!
I've never heard of this book before, but I've heard great things about the author. I'll have to check this out soon. Great pick!
